Heroes And Heroines Among Hoarders, Stories Of Hope During The COVID-19 Pandemic

“I have a deep passion for this restaurant, for the food, for the people who have come here and supported us over the years,” Lee shared.

Jason Lee, manager and owner of Korean Village, was worried he would have to shut down his family-run restaurant that has been open since 1978 in Toronto, but his long time customer and friend, Andrew, offered to lend him a hand by serving, washing dishes, etc…

On Instagram Lee posted:

“Introducing our newest staff member for the weekend: @andrewoporto Andrew!!! Ever since we re-opened last Thursday, we have done our best to provide amazing food and excellent service. We realize that we are short staffed and are in need of help. My good friend Andrew volunteered to help out this weekend. We are truly thankful and blessed. “
